1. Do your Stroller Foot Muffs fit any Stroller?
Yes they do!! They do not interfere with the straps so they will fit any make of Stroller.

2. How do the Foot Muffs attach to the Stroller?
They have a slit in the back of the Foot Muff that goes over the crotch strap. Then your little one sits inside the Foot Muff, you attach them in the Stroller as normal and then tie the straps to the bar of the Stroller. Keep checking out my facebook page for a demo video coming soon!

3. Do your Stroller Liners fit any Stroller?
I have two sizes of Stroller Liner, Standard & Small. The Standard size with fit most 5 point harness Strollers. The small is designed for an Umbrella Stroller. Some Stroller such as the BOB or Stokke my Liners will not fit. I can create however a custom order Liner for any Stroller given a few measurements. 4. What fabrics are used in your Stroller Foot Muffs? Are they warm?
I use 3 pieces in each Foot Muff. The outer shell is cotton or heavy duck cotton, the lining is super soft minky and inside there is a polyester batting for added warmth. And yes they are super toe toasty warm!!

5. Can I machine wash the Foot Muff & Liner?
Yes you can. I recommend washing at 30c using a mild liquid detergent. Air dry is best although you can machine dry on a low temperature. I sew the shell and batting together so there will be no gathering on the batting inside the Foot Muffs or Liners!

6. Do you ship anywhere in the world?
Yes I can! Just give me your country destination and I can get you a quote on shipping. I ship using Canada Post.

7. Where are you based?
I am in Ontario Canada, about 45 mins East or Toronto in the Durham Region area.

8. Do you offer a pick up service to save on shipping costs?
Absolutely! If you are in the Durham Region/GTA/Clarington area and willing to come to pick your order up, that’s no problem!

9. Do you offer a delivery service?
If you spend over a $100 I will drop off any orders within the Durham Region only. If under the $100, I will drop off to you for a small fuel fee of $5. Email me with any questions at babyelliedesigns@gmail.com.

10. Do I have to pay up front or can I pay a deposit?
I do require full payment up front before any orders can be completed.

11. How can I pay if I want to use my credit card?
I can forward you a Paypal invoice, I just need your email address. Or you can forward me an email money transfer on line from your financial institution. Alternatively I can provide you with custom listing in my Etsy Store. If you are picking up, then I can also take credit cards payments with my phone, or you can pay cash.

12. How do I see what fabric options are available?
I have some sample pictures in my photos section of my facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/babyelliedesigns. Or you can let me know what you like and I can forward you some sample pictures of options.
